Sobha Dream Acres was launched way back in the beginning of 2015,however the bookings are still open.The whole Sobha Dream Acres Panathur Road project is spread over 81 acres of land and there are approximately 6000 beautifully crafted residencies.

The 1 BHK apartment area ranges from 645 to 936 square feets with Price - 50lac to 65 lac, whereas a 2 BHK apartment range is from 1007 to 1210 square feets with price - 70 to 80 Lac.

Some of the well known landmarks which are in the close proximity of this project are Outer Ring Road & Marathahalli Sarjapur Road - approximately 5 kms , ITPL is 9 kms , Sarjapur Road is 16 km and RMZ ecospace is 6 kms from this project.

The project offers amenities like 24Hr Backup, Basket Ball Court, five Club House, Gymnasium, Play Area, Security, Tennis Court, Badminton Court, Community Hall, Health Facilities, Library, Rain Water Harvesting, five Swimming Pool, Temple, Recreation Facilities, Maintenance Staff, Indoor Games, Garden.

Sobha Dream Acres this project comes at a great price and it is located amidst places like RMZ Ecospace (ORR), Marathahalli Junction, ITPL, within a few kilometers away. Best project so far which provides Quality flats at a affordable price.

Its a Sobha Project and the only disadvantage is that the last few miles of the road is narrow and advantages are as follows 1) Faster possession due to construction technology. 2) Sports and recreational facilities. 3) Project has been priced very competitively 4) Sobha is a brand 5) Location and good connectivity

For 1 BHK : 2.5 lakh
For 2 BHK (1000 sqft) : 3 lakh

Project has a total land area of 81 acres, comprising of 1 Bedroom and 2 Bedroom units ranging from 650 sqft to 1,200 sqft. The price of the apartment ranges from Rs 35 lakhs to Rs 75 lakhs. About 15% of the overall project provides 1 Bedroom unit, while rest is being 85% is covered by 2 Bedroom units.
