If you visit Wynn towers land there is high tension wires passing.this project will never commence or it would very dangerous for high rise building to construct.their sales team itself are saying it's our mistake since 1 year nothing got progreesed.

Unishire is 420 company. It will advertise in vacant lands saying proposed for luxurious apartment and collect money from innocent ppl . They are cheaters and the entire ppl working in Unishire are cheaters. Guys with my practical experience I am telling don't invest in any of the properties of Unishire. All the guys who ever writing in favour are their marketing partners. I shall give few names of the sales Javed,Anzar their channel partners Esha Tandon. This guys cheat as if the property is hot cake . After 1 year also the property is same situation. They don't know basics how much land has to be left and I am not sure how credal allowed to join the Unishire in the forum. They are 420. Pls visit the below sites to know about Unishire and how they cheat innoncent ppl.

Initially, the locality was a residential hub, with very few houses and Bungalows. However, with the introduction of IT/ITes companies, the locality boomed and turned into a residential cum commercial hub.

The project is just few minutes away from Meenakshi Mall and over 2 acres of open green space will be there. Premium units with have lake view.

The size of 2 bhk apartment ranges from 1099 sqft to 1127 sqft and the size of 3 bhk apartment ranges from 1439 sqft to 1511 sqft (approximately). The price of the apqrtment ranges from Rs 41.61 lakhs to Rs 57.22 lakhs excluding car parking and other out going charges.

Yes I have heard about this project. The project will have 2 and 3 high rise apartments at JP Nagar 9th Block, off Bannerghatta Road (Gottigere). All the apartments in this project are open from 3 sides. It is well connected to city center and Electronic City via NICE Corridor.
