They are cheaters and the entire ppl working in Unishire are cheaters. Guys with my practical experience I am telling don't invest in any of the properties of Unishire. All the guys who ever writing in favour are their marketing partners. I shall give few names of the sales Javed,Anzar their channel partners Esha Tandon. This guys cheat as if the property is hot cake . After 1 year also the property is same situation.
