Connectivity with the rest of the city, which personally is a very important deciding factor for me is good for this locality. Some major roads include Eastern Ring Road, Pipliya Road, Kanadia Road, and Telephone Nagar Main Road.

The average property prices in the area are approx Rs 3400 to Rs 3500 per sq ft, which in my opinion is a pretty reasonable, don't you think? I mean the locality is well developed and is also strategically located.

Here is some info that you might find useful; the Devi Ahilyabai Holkar Airport is situated at a distance of approx 11 km from the locality and can be reached via Airport Road and Mahatma Gandhi Road. Also the Indore Junction is located only 4 km away is connected via Mahatma Gandhi Road.

The locality is pretty much a residential area and has some nice apartment projects. Some of better ones are Amma Complex, Vimalshree Navkar Apartment, Siddharth Apartment, Ashirwad Complex, Brijkamal Complex, Classic Homes, and Mangal Shree.

With social infrastructure, i am assuming you mean schools, so let me tell you that there are many options to choose from. Some of them are Shree Krishna Public School, Agarwal Public School, Vardhman Vidyapeeth, The Caballus Riding School etc.

I have been living in Mahabir Nagar for the past 8 years, and seen the place develop into the nice place it is today. Situated in the eastern part of the city, the area is surrounded by localites like Sanvid Nagar, Tilak Nagar, Manbhavan Nagar, Manishpuri and Sainath Nagar.
