Wakad has became the top investment area in Pune now due to the vast urbanization by the Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation. Located under the PCMC, it is surrounded by the developing townships of Aundh and Pimple Nilakh to its west and east respectively and Thergaon and Mula River to its north and south. The Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation has put in all the hard work and planning in completely changing Wakad from a farming community to a industrial hub of the city.

Available 2BHK is in 1010 sq-ft with price range of Rs. 64 lacs and 3BHK from 1421-1480 sq-ft. within the range of Rs. 84-85 lacs onward.

And the current residential property rate in the locality is Rs. 5870-6650/sq-ft. and the average property rate is Rs. 6255/sq-ft. depends on the locality, specification and the amenities provided in the project.

As far as locality is concerned, Wakad best qualification as a residential hub is because of its proximity to the Infotech and Biotechnology Park at Hinjewadi, which is just a stone's throw away. The close proximity to the Pune-Mumbai Expressway in the west is another point in its favour. It is close to premium areas such as Aundh, Baner and Pashan.

Hi Swati,
Without visiting the project site you can not find out the realty. If you think that somebody will provide you the information about the construction quality and the material used in the project is totally wrong expectation. Only developer and their marketing person will give you such information because they have to sale their units. Better visit the site and find out the ground realty, amenities, sample flats, connectivity, basic facilities nearby. So, before buy property you mush visit the site first, after all it is the matter of your hard earned money.
