Q: I am from Coimbatore, and am planning to move to Mannam in Kochi. But, before moving, I wanted to know more about the locality and its social infrastructure here. Can anyone give more details about this area?

Hey, I got to know that there are many plots and all available in this region in abundance. For the residential plots, the price can start from rs. 2 lakhs per cent to rs. 5 lakhs per cent. This is normally higher near to the two main roads that passes through the locality.

You know, the price of the individual houses in this part of Kochi is very low just like the case of the apartments here. but, I think, you can get a good individual house for a price range of around 7 lakhs to 12 lakhs per square feet.

For information about the price of the apartments in this region, I can provide you with some information. Normally, according to the market rate, the price of the apartments here starts from around 2000 rupees per square feet and can go as high as rs. 3000 per square feet. But this is very low compared to other localities in Kochi.

If you ask me, I think that the connectivity to the nearest airport is very important for persons who travel much by flights, such as myself. Here, this is a good area in Kochi where you can easily access the Cochin International Airport and is at a distance of 20 km from here. You can reach here via the Aluva Paravoor road and the Airport road.

Exactly..I think that the connectivity to the railway stations and the connectivity further from the railway is also very good. You know, the Aluva Railway station is very near to this locality. you can get access to most trains from here. But, some superfast or express trains do not have stops here, so you have to go to the Ernakulam South Railway station that is around 29 km away from here.

Yeah sure...Connectivity is very good in this locality. You can see that the Athani Paravoor road, and the Aluva Paravoor road passes through this locality. There are also other link roads such as the Mannam Karingamthuruth road also gives better connectivity to this region.

I think that the locality of Mannam is a very good residential locality in Kochi. It has a very good development. It is near to the good localities in Kochi such as Vedimara, North Paravoor, Manjaly, Thattampady, Mattupuram, etc.
