I am interested in this project and planning to book one but before that i want to know about bank approvals, government authority approval and amenities offered.

KNS Unnati is approved by BDA and all leading banks. The list of amenities provided in this project are Tennis Court, Basketball Court, Amphitheatre and Joggers' Track.

Due to the upgraded connectivity and widening of the Sirsi Circle Flyover for which the real estate market is increasing in this locality. The development of commercial realty are limited in this belt, but over the past few years the residential development has risen with the completion of the of the incomplete stretches of the Outer Ring Road (ORR) in this region.

KNS Unnati is a plotted development towards west Bangalore. The area of the plots ranges from 1200 sqft to 2400 sqft. The price of the plots starts from Rs 33 lakhs on wards. Currently the rate per sqft they are quoting is Rs 2750.
