Hi Mr Nithin,
As per down payment plan of this project , you have to pay 6 lac advance- 16380sq-ft to 1746 sq-ft apartment , 8 lac- 1935 sq-ft to 2079 sq-ft apartment & 10 lac advance for- 3240 sq-ft apartment .
With in 60 days- 95% of BSP Less booking Amount + 50% additional Charges,
On offer of possession - 5% of BSP+ 50% of Additional charges,

This project is located in one of the posh locality havving all daily basic amenities nearby. This project offers 2BHK & 3BHK apartment, area ranging from 1180sq-ft to 2110 sq-ft. This project has world class amenities & high class features making it luxurious spacious apartment.

Hi Nithin,
According to sources, builder quoted price is around 6500/sq-ft. Expected possession of this project is around 2018 December. Banks approving loan are ICICI Bank & HDFC Bank. In this location it is expected that rental appreciation will be good, but as per current market scenario, capital appreciation will not be that much handsome. But this location is fully developed & it is expected that capital appreciation will hike .
