When is the possession of Raheja Ayana Residences project ?

Hi , I have booked an apartment and now have been told that the construction is stalled.... they are not responding to my queries. May I know if any of you still are part of the project and your experience and what should be the way forward now

As per builder executive, the construction link payment plan of this project works like this:-

At the time of booking- 10% of total cost,
With in 60 days of booking- 15% of total cost,
On execution of agreement to sell- 5% of Total Cost + 50% of IDC/EDC+50% of PLC,
Start of excavation work- 10% of Total Cost + 50% of IDC/EDC+50% of PLC,
On start of construction- 10% of Total Cost + 25% of parking,
Completion of foundation- 5% of total cost + 25% of Parking,
Casting of First floor slab- 10% of Total Cost + 25% of parking,
Casting of second floor slab- 10% of Total Cost + 25% of parking,
casting of 3rd floor slab- 10%,
Completion of internal finishing- 5%,
Application of OC- 5%,
Receipt of OC- 5% of total cost + Club membership+ IFMS

Being located in Sec-79, this project has all daily basic amenities nearby. This project offers 3BHK & 4BHK apartments, area ranging from 1556 sq-ft to 2483 sq-ft.

According to me, this project has launched a while ago. But construction has not started. It is expected that possession will be 2018 December. Builder quoted price is around 4500/sq-ft to 5600/sq-ft. This project has almost all approval from authority. Gurgaon Development Authority has approved this project. This project is a G+3 independent floors type. This project has world class amenities & high tech features. Builder is implementing highly sophisticated technology to develop this project.
