If we speak about this project... looking at the location and the amenities they are proving, there are full chances for the price to get double. Also there are many social infrastructure like hotels and malls are coming up... So the place will be a posh area... after 5-6 years....The project is good for investment.. i would give you a green signal for it.

The place needs at least 2+-3 years for proper livability...
I feel the connectivity of the project is very good and importantly, all the roads and expressways are just 2-3 km away. You have NH8 -3 km and proposed metro station will also help the residents to commute. So i guess , in terms of connectivity., the project is A+.
