According as far as anyone is concerned, this project offers sports office with recreations region, badminton court, wicker bin court, etc. Some different offices like downpour water harvesting,fire Protection Systems & dispensed Parking . This project is very much suitable for every one. All can avail the chance of geeting an affordable housing. For this we have to register.

As per my knowledge, Supertech Basera is one of the popular affordable residential development in Gurgaon Sector -79. As located in a prime location this project has all daily basic amenities nearby. This project offers 1BHK & 2BHK apartment, area ranging from 404 sq-ft to 592 sq-ft. Booking of this affordable housing project is going on , next month is the draw date .

According to different sources, builder quoted price is around 4000/sq-ft. Expected possession of this project is around 2018 July. All nationalized banks are funding this project. HUDA has alloted land for this project. Proposed metro is around 1km from this project.
