Hey Neha, It was told to me that the project will have 500 plus units. Can you please clarify and by when can I expect the possession?

How far is the airport from the project or which is the nearest railway station as I do travel a lot for my business? I am also interested to know which schools and hospitals are near by?

Airport is around 32 kms and the nearest railway station is about 8 kms.

Nearby hospitals are Stanford Speciality Hospital and Apollo Clinic.

Nearby schools are St. Peters High School and Orchids International School

How much do I have to pay to book an apartment here? What will be the price of an unit here?

You just have to pay 10% down payment and nothing till possession. The price of unit depends on waht type of configuration you are looking for, the price of unit here ranges from Rs 22.25 lakhs to Rs 1.40 crores approx.

The area is free from the hustle and bustle of a city life, and full of greenery. Bhoganahalli village house are Eco- friendly in nature. The project is good for investment purpose

Rohan Iksha is located behind the Cessna Teck Park, off Marathahalli, Sarjapur Outer Ring Road in Bhoganhalli.

You have to pay Rs 20 for floor rise from 4th floor.
Maintenance charges: Rs 3 per sqft for 18 months
BWSSB/Bescom: Rs 150 per sqft
Legal Charges: Rs 30,000
Club House Charges: Rs 1 lakh

The project offers 2,3,4 bhl apartments and compact studio apartments. The rate per sqft going on is Rs 5000 for non amenity facing and Rs 5150 for amenity facing.

The size of 2 bhk apartments ranges from 1252 sqft to 1369 sqft
The size of 3 bhk apartments ranges from 1613 sqft to 1947 sqft
The size of 4 bhk apartments are 2119 sqft
Studio apartments ranges from 311 sqft to 354 sqft

Location wise the project seems to be good but I feel the price quoted is bit expensive. But the types of amenities they are offering I am ready to pay that much :) :)
