Yes Kunal it is B Khata Property. What is the status of the project and bank approvals? I also want to know about the rate per sqft quoted?

V2 Nirvik is an ongoing project and the expected completion date is by January 2016. All the leading banks have approved the project and the current rate per sqft going on is Rs 5500.

Is V2 Nirvik a B Khata property??? If I am not wrong then I heard that the project has got approval from BBMP.

As per the Karnataka High Court, if a property does not have an A Khata, it is illegal. Recently The Karnataka High Court has made it mandatory that the Bruhat Bangalore Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) cannot award 'B Khata' certificates to buildings and properties.
