Nearby this project you will find eastern peripheral road, nearly 1km. Ghaziabad railway station is about 4km from this project. Noida Extension is around 2.5km from this project. Departmental store, ATM & Resturants are nearby vicinity of this project. As this project located on road side, so connectivity & transportation is not an issue. This project is well connected with other parts of the city by state transport.

In my opinion, Lal kuan is one of the upcoming hot spot for investment in Ghaziabad. The NH_24 & NH_91 are providing excellent connectivity for this area. Rental demand is high in this area, as it is located near to Bulandsahar Road industrial area. Many malls & commercial facilities are proposed in this area. Lal kuan is well connected to other parts of the city by metro & city transport. This location is providing a better opportunity to both investors & end users.

As per my knowledge, this MH Elite Homes is one of he popular residential development in Crossing Republik. This project offers 2BHK apartment, area ranging from 975 sq-ft to 1050 sq-ft. Builder quoted price is around 2199/sq-ft. Expected possession of this project is around December 2015. This is a on road project , having basic amenities nearby.

In my point of view, this project is surrounded by schools like Bloom Public Senior Secondary school , which is around 3km from this project. Similarly Children Academy Junior school is around 2.5 km from this project. Hospitals nearby this project are GR hospital & Jeevan Lok Hospital, which are nearly 30mins away from this project. Proposed metro is around 1km from this project.
