builder ask to submit stamp for the registry amount on property despite legal order of Supreme court in land acquisition

Q: If builder ask to submit stamp for the registry amount on property despite legal order of Supreme court in land acquisition case of noida 76. Is the possession barred if we do not gave stamp duty cost until the final clearance from Supreme court. Can we ask for the possession and registry can be done at later stage after final verdict when court allow the freehold of the property

hi pranav, rahul this side actually I-am planning to buy 1bhk in aditya celebrity homes. i have been to the society and it seems good but i donot know the reality.Could you please tell me about following things
1)water supply2)electricity3)any issues whether the society flats are getting regoistered or not? any other issue

Builder saying after giving registery amount they will handover the apartment but even after that they started creating new hassle to pay some false panelty as rates got high in that area..height!!.... these all builders are same ..
