CARPET AREA INCREASED by 105 sq ft! Amrapali is demanding more than the carpet area then they can justify! what to do???
Q: Flat in P-tower. Builder to pay for additional 105sq ft amounting to 2.5lakhs. As per contract 775 sq ft is the carpet area. Measured today and found it to be 770 sq ft. they are not able to justify. please suggest! We need to fight this together!
I also came to know that they have refused to give the penalty of late delivery of flats. This is TRIPLE knock to us - Delayed flats (means additional rent), Additional payment for small change in balcony size and then no penalty. Is there any social / owners group that is talking to them for this cheating ?
Hi all, i visited phase 1 ,people are living and close to 300 families. tennis court , basketball court ready and hopefully club and swimming pool would have got ready.it looked nice but only negative is the painting outside and i hope the idiots will sort out at later date.
phase 2 work is also going on and hopefully diwali 2015 , the whole thing should complete. it looks great from expressway but only thing i didnot like were unpleasant patches of paint outside.
Hello Sir, I have booked a flat in amarpali dreamvalley-2 in 2010. amarpali builders working in very slow constrution in High rise building . also four years passed but construction is only basement position . We are providing Rent & bank installment. No any solution seen now.
Hi all, I am planning to invest in Sector-76, Noida. How is the project connectivity to the other parts of the city? What is the current residential property rate is going on in the locality? Is there any similar developments are happening in the locality?
Hi Kasturi, Project connectivity:- 0 km from sec-50, 1.5 km from Sai Mandir, 2 km from nearby Metro Station, 3 km from Fortis Hospital, 10 mins drive from sec-18 market, 5 mins drive from Golf Course, 45 mins drive from IGIA and 15 mins drive from DND Flyover.
Similar projects in the locality are Grand Ajnara Heritage, Amrapali Crystal Homes, Amrapali Princely Estate, Amrapali Silicon City, Sethi Max Royal etc.
The current residential property rate in the locality is between Rs. 4600-6200/sq-ft.
Hi all, I have also booked the flat in Amrapali Silicon City. Although I know that there are no changes to get the flat on time yet Amrapali is charging too much interests on the payments. Even though the payments made by me are on time, they are charging the interest. They never paid the payments to noida authority on time and due to that the HDFC bank has stopped further disbursements. In those cases, too Amrapali has charged interests. I think this is totally bad and unethical. What should i do? Plz. advise me ASAP....
Hi Prasad, I think you should visit the developer's office and clear the matter if you have the sufficient proofs of deposit EMI or contact a legal adviser for further step.
I have my flat in tower P. They are demanding for extra 55 sq ft. I have been told that the balacony area has been increased. What has been told to by Amrapali ?Please share. Has any one in silicon has received the keys yet?
i booked a ground floor flat with "private Lawn' of 615 sq.ft.for which i was charged Rs.15 Lac extra BUT now i find that the Lawn area is approx. ONLY 200 sq.ft. and that also divided in two parts. Lalit Suri of customer relationship office is not giving any reply on this, don't know whom to contact.
My case is just opposite to yours wherein the actual area is very less than and different that what is shown in the layout and money already paid by me. No one at Amrapali is replying on adjustment of excess payment.

Is there any platform where buyer's of Silicon City are already connected? We can raise this collectively but we would need as many members as possible.
Well Pallav, you can join the owners group on commonfloor. This is a closed group of owners in a project and you can join that page to get latest information , discuss and comment and a variety of stuff with co owners of the project.
Hi Mainak, i think you should get an independent third party architect and surveyor to measure out your flat and then you can compare it with the size mentioned in your agreement and finally register an FIR with the Police or the Consumer court.
Hi, Tushar is right , there has been some cases that has been reported in Mumbai where the owners complained against the builder and got compensation, will suggest that you approach a lawyer and also get a surveyor to measure the flat.
