Hi,

Do you approvals from SBI and HDFC in hand, cos when i contacted the either banks they say there the approval is not issued so on what basis the banks are agreeing for loan approval?

When I Inquired about the project it was told to me that the project has got approvals from all the mentioned banks. If you are planning to book a property in this project, you can check with the builder once.

There is 0% deviation in this project. There will be 75 flats, 1 Block and it is a G+4 floors structure, Yes flats are Vastu Complaint. They are offering amenities like Video doors, french windows, one lift and staircase for every 2 flats on each floor and much more
