How much will a 2 bhk cost me? Which banks and local body has approved the project? Are they going to provide OC and CC?

A 2 bhk in this project will cost you around Rs 40.85 lakhs. All the leading banks have approved the project and yes they are going to provide OC and CC as well.

Dwarakamai Jupiter is one of the ongoing project by Dwarakamai Housing. The project is expected to get competed by end of this year. Currently the rate per sqft going on is Rs 3800.
