Wat is the set back gap between two high raised buildings in Bangalore

Q: I have a building in Marathahalli Bangalore, i have left 2ft gap passage inside my land. My neighbour is building the building next to my building...with the wall touchting the common compound...how i have to fight back this issue to ask him for adequate gap space for ventilation.

Hi Vijay, You can have a look in this link http://www.bmrda.kar.nic.in/bye1.htm#M. It is necessary to leave space from all the four side before building or constructing a house. But in Bangalore I do not think anyone here follow this rule.
