REVISED SANCTION PLAN

Q: I want a copy of revised sanction plan but builder refuse to give the copy and told come and see the copy at their office. But they will not give the copy. As a buyer I have a no right to get it ?

Hi, I think in the practical world, most of the builder are not ready to give any document without booking amount. for getting the paper you have to make a good relationship with the salesperson or builders.

Hi Ranjit, It is better, you can directly go to the builder's office and see the revised sanction plan and understand it carefully from builder person. If you have any doubt then you can take a copy of the sanction plan from the builder it is your right to ask for certified copies of sanction plan.
