Water logging problem in Embassy Pristine

Q: I am considering buying a flat in Embassy pristine and wants to understand if water logging is a problem in this area?

Also, they have parking made on ground floor and first floor, which is bit unusual. Will this lead to any kind of problems?

We are looking for 3 BR for few of our friends living in nearby sobha apartments. we are told that very few units are left and the prices have also gone up. Embassy will be giving possession in dec'15. Many of us living in nearby sobha appts have bought in pristine

Yeah even I have heard that water clogging is there for around 50 meters. There wont be any issue if the builder has made car parking on ground floor or first floor. You can take suggestion from a legal expert for the same.
