What is the total land area in this project and how many sites are planned? What about the water supply?

The project is spread over 28 acres of land out of which 14 acres is developed initially under Phase I with 172 sites. Individual water supply connection with overhead water tank will be provided

Connectivity seems to be good because it is in walk-able distance from the main road to the layout, 2 Km to apparel / textile park, 2 Km to Columbia Asia hospital, 1.5 Km to KIADB Industrial Area, 3 Km to railway Station, 4 km to Doddaballapur Town, 5 Km to 12500 acre IT hardware park, About 20 mins to yelahanka, 30 mins to Hebbal and 45 mins to Majestic

Bhagyashree Apoorva is located at Veerapura Village, Doddaballapur Road, Bangalore North. The project offers 30x40, 30x50 and odd sites. It is ready for registration and construction.

When was the project launched? Has the project got all the necessary approvals and what is the rate going on?

As far as I know the project was launched on May 2014 and the rate per sqft they are quoting is Rs 1550. The project has got approval from BIAPPA and all the major banks.
