How big is the project? What is the unique selling point of Yashmu Aspire? Will the builder giving OC and CC?

There will be a total of 72 units with a combination of 2 and 3 bhk apartments and it is a G+7 floors structure.

Yes the builder is going to provide OC as well CC. The USP of this project is that 3 sides will be open and it will have Terrace Swimming pool.

What is the status of the project? How much will be the price of a 2 bhk and what is the present rate per sqft going on? How much do I have to pay as the booking amount?

The construction is going on in full swing and the project is expected to be completed by 22 months from now. The rate per sqft going on is Rs 3600 and a 2 bhk will cost you around Rs 43 lakhs excluding registrations. Rs 2 lakhs is what they are asking for as the booking amount.

Is it a A Khata property? Can I avail home loan from State of India? Are the apartments constructed according to Vaastu Complaint?

Yashmu Aspire is approved by BBMP and A Khata will be there. Financial institutions like SBI, HDFC and LIC Housing Finance has approved the project. All the apartments are constructed according to Vaastu Complaint and there will be no common walls

It is a very good idea if you are planning to buy property in Mysore road. As far as I know you can get good returns in future as it is an ideal location for families to settle down and also offers great connectivity to all parts of Bangalore. Residential apartments are quiet famous here, It is good for both long term investments as well as end use purpose.

Mysore Road has a lot of things going for it right now for the potential buyers. Infrastructure projects that are expected to provide the area major connectivity and further augment real estate growth are as follows:

1) The proposed elevated expressway will ensure connectivity unlike ever before.

2) The proposed Cauvery Water Supply Phase 3 project will consequently ensure a great water supply for the region.

3) Metro Phase I and II are giving a major impetus to real estate growth in the region. Reach 2 of the Metro will bring Kengeri closer to the city and open up several economical residential options for people.

4) The extension of the NICE Road will ultimately connect with Mysore.

The project is opposite to IBS Business School, more than 50 schools are there in and around this project. It is also close to multi speciality hospitals like BGS Hospital and Rajajajeshwari Medical Hospital. IT Hub ( Global Village) is also near by. Bangalore University, RV College and JSS institute is also close by
