Hi, recently been to this project, must say was pretty much impressed with the concept, there is no other developers in the vicinity offering this kind of development. unfortunately i couldnt afford as my budget is 1.2 Cr. Current quoted price is 2 Cr but they have come down to 1.75 cr but still i couldnt make it. If i had that budget would have definatley gone ahead.
