Hi gautham,

I had a very bad experience with ordinary contractors.They dint do the construction properly and while i cancelled the contract, they dint give me the advance money. I have filed a compliant against them and the issue is in bangalore civil court even today. If you find any contractor from your place, then it is better to give the work to him/her. Do visit the other projects they have finished. Spend some time and then take a wise decision. People will eat your hard earned money.
Don't do the mistake which i did. I have initially opted for some local contractor here and all problems started. I work in IT and couldn't spend time on wkdays. They are now enjoying with my money. I then changed the contractor and the new one is also from andhra pradesh and he is doing good. I have visited all his properties and finally decided.
Be careful while deciding that is what i want to so finally. Do not waste your money

My sincere advice is, dont take up the construction job by yourself. Better give the contract to someone who could do it. It will be difficult for us to handle the workers and the work. There are many available who does it better than what we could actually do. If you cant find the details , then let me know i can help you with some contacts. Those contractors will do and end to end work for you and that too the prices for cement, tiles, electrical equipments, steel would be little less for them as they do big constructions.
