Has anyone got the property papers verified by a lawyer. Any issue foreseen. Just curious since both their Raaga and koramangala projects under litigation.

The project offers 1,2, 2.5, 3 bhk apartments and 4 bhk pent houses with size ranging from 653 sqft to 2770 sqft. Yes they are constructing as per Vaastu Complaint. The estimated possession date is by January 2019.
The builder is having a good track record providing quality homes, the location is fantastic and the project is loaded with unique amenities. I feel the price is okay :)

Yesh even I heard that the project is going to complete by 2020 and the price of unit here starts from Rs 64 lakhs on wards. Is there a delay in the possession???
