Hi all,
It would be nice if there were a magic answer to this question, but the truth is that if you find yourself in any of the situations below then it could very well be the right time for you to sell.
1) Job transfer, 2) a growing family, 3) to unlock capital in need, 4) realising profit from an investment, 5) you can no longer afford to keep the property, 6) funding retirement etc.

Hi Edison,
I think you should wait till April as in February end our interim budget is coming and we can expect a lot of good news for the realty sector. So, if anything happened in favor of realty market will speed up the realty price.

Hi Edison,
Seasonal differences are fairly universal but it is worth having a close look at your local area before entering the market. Check if the Council has granted planning permission for any work nearby, you don't want to be trying to sell your house while there are major road works going on outside.

Yes, once you have decided that you are ready to sell, you need to take a number of factors into consideration to make sure the process is efficient and beneficial for you. If you are getting right price (compare with the current mkt price), right time(if there is no developments happening in the locality), seasons (specially on festival seasons) and market should be the right time to sell your property.
