It would be nice if there were a magic answer to this question, but the truth is that if you find yourself in any of the situations below then it could very well be the right time for you to sell.
1) Job transfer, 2) a growing family, 3) to unlock capital in need, 4) realising profit from an investment, 5) you can no longer afford to keep the property, 6) funding retirement etc.
Q:There was one apartment in this building whose 2/3 owners played foul act (forging signatures and creating false legal paperwork with the help of one of their siblings who is apparently a lawyer herself ) and transferred the flat on 2/3 names eliminating one of their siblings who was listed as one of the 3 heirs to that aparment. It is quite a surprise that the builder went ahead and gave the flat to them without one sibling being actually present or even being informed prior to building's demolition.

Latest Answer: Hello Arshi, It is one of the completed project and people are staying there. So without occupancy certificate people cannot occupy their apartments.
