This is in reference of Flat NO 102 of DPWHO PROJECT NO-25 D being Constructed at Dwarka Sector-23B Pocket-:7 POCHANPUR, NEW DELHI. This was booked on 6th September2014 and was to be handed over within 18 months. But Construction never started for this project and after approaching DPW multiple times DPW dodged and were giving fake promises. Due to frustration finally I cancelled project on 26 Feb 2016 because of Their fake promises and Project never started. I am still waiting for payment along with interest which they were supposed to pay on 10th of this month as promised and mentioned in letter. I want DPW response for the same otherwise I have to go for Legal Action against Them as I have given them enough chances and have been waiting for long.

How us the residential real estate market in Indirapuram? Is there any chance for future growth in this locality?
ajit pandey

Indirapuram is predominantly a residential area, with over 70 percent of the projects being residential in nature. The locality mainly consists of apartments and the residents of the locality work in cities of New Delhi and Noida, and commute daily from Indirapuram. The locality has both residential properties for the mid-income group and luxury apartments for the high-income group.

The proposed extension of the Metro line up to Indirapuram will be a key factor for growth in the locality. The Metro line will connect Indirapuram with Sector 62 in Noida, which will reduce the travel time between the two localities.

How much is the total land area and how many towers will be there? Any idea how much they are charging for premium facing flats?
11th February 2016

The project is spread over 2 acres of land and there will be 4 towers. If you are planning to buy park facing/ pool facing/ Corner+ Road facing you have to pay Rs 100 per sqft.

If you are looking for corner flats or flats facing road side you have to pay Rs 50 per sqft.

If you are planning to go for park/ pool corner facing then it will be Rs 150 per sqft.
