Who is the head of Trifecta Project Esplanade-where can a customer go and cry out its problems ??

Q: I am owner of one of the flats in Trifecta Esplanade project and believe me these guys are very arrogant and wont reply to your mails once you pay for buying Flat. problem is they are very cheap folks and keep customer running after them for pity changes and modifications. there is no head or 1 POC who takes decision. marketing guy says he will only see marketing and doc. No 1 else is there to listen and look after problems.
