Q:I am owner of one of the flats in Trifecta Esplanade project and believe me these guys are very arrogant and wont reply to your mails once you pay for buying Flat. problem is they are very cheap folks and keep customer running after them for pity changes and modifications. there is no head or 1 POC who takes decision. marketing guy says he will only see marketing and doc. No 1 else is there to listen and look after problems.
Latest Answer: I have already joined group BUT it says --is awaiting verification from the CF Administrator and fellow owners at Trifecta Esplanade .Can you please process it accordingly so that i can join owners group.
