Yes, it is true Nikhil, And seeing the current scenario, i can say that Ravet's price should not be more than 4200/sq-ft whereas they are current charging Rs. 4750/sq-ft. Secondly, this project is still under construction and don't know that they will deliver the project on time or not. As per the developer, project's possession date will be March, 2017.
As far as builder is concerned, Sai Spaces are new builders in this region. The designs and architecture of their residential projects are of international standards. They are known for their contemporary designs, innovation and completion of projects within the most strict time schedule. On the other hand, they have only one project in Ravet, Pune i.e. Sai Platina and project is still under construction so, it is very difficult to say about a new builder. So better, check all the legal approvals before booking ur units.

The area is well connected with the express highway and bus stops of PCMC, with fair number of buses. Being close to Hinjewadi, it is also in close proximity with various schools, collages and other utilities. So it might be a good option.
Hello sir!!! But when i go through the different forum sites, i found that the project has many issues such as quality of construction is very poor, amenities are very limited, approach road is still muddy and Kacha etc.
