Q: Sai Platina by Sai Spaces builder Ravet

Latest Answer: Yes, it is true Nikhil, And seeing the current scenario, i can say that Ravet's price should not be more than 4200/sq-ft whereas they are current charging Rs. 4750/sq-ft. Secondly, this project is still under construction and don't know that they will deliver the project on time or not. As per the developer, project's possession date will be March, 2017.

I am planning to invest in Sai Platina property in Ravet by Sai Spaces builder. Request builder feedback.

Latest Answer: After going trough the reviews of Sai platina Residents... It seems Builder is not following his commitments.. So take care before investment..
