Should We Consider Big builders while buying apartment?
Q: We are checking for apartment in K R Puram, we have two options close by, wanted to check if 15-20 lakh difference is okay to buy for reputed builder (Salarpuriya) and normal builder? if we are getting 2.5 bhk in normal builder and 2bhk in reputed builder with same cost? which one should be preferable?

Thanks for your opinion, wanted to compare Gina Shalom and salarpuria celesta located in K R Puram, As the 2bhk in salarpuriya (1300 sq ft) costing 85 lakh and in Gina 2.5bhk (1400 sqft) costing us lower than 7-8 lakh. location is same. Kindly suggest is it worth spending extra on name of builder ?
I second with Shiva, if you are going with branded and reputed builder you need not have to worry about approvals and most of the times they will have all clear documents and construction quality will also be good.
As per my opinion, I would suggest you that if you are getting 2.5 bhk in normal builder and 2bhk in reputed builder with same cost then you should go with the reputed builder as brand means a lot.
