Hi I recently come across the advertisement in Magic Bricks and started communication. I also have visited the project site and found acceptable. 55 towers out of 62 are 70-80 per cent ready. Specially 3 and 2 BHK. My request to all the members who have already purchased, kindly post updates if any from your side regarding quality and other points. The area is still in same situation and the corresponding road is in worst condition. However repairing work is going on. Hoping within 4-5 months the road will be in good condition.
Hi . I have invested money into this flat relying on there committments but am really worried now . They just make sure that they receive money on time . I have no updated after June 2016 for the improvement in project and the expected delivery date . Can anyone who is the owner let me know the improvement in project
The area is about 11-12 Km away of Unitech stoppage. I also did the same mistake and booked a flat there by seeing the ad only which mentioned that it is only 15 minutes drive from Sector V. But in reality it is something else. The agreement was also done after a long time and there were severe miscommunication on the part of the realtors. They don't follow any kind of timelines but when it comes to charging buyers regarding installments and all, they are very much prompt in their approach. To my own consolation, last time when I visited the site in June 2016, I construction going on at good speed and the road to the project have been renovated, I felt a little less worried. But I highly doubt that the handover will happen at their mentioned timeline.
Hi Guys, I came to know that second lottery result has announced on 2nd May. I am in a great mess where i should go for it or not as i have paid the application money. Some people are saying that the project is located far away from the Salt Lake. Can any body tell me the exact location of this project?
Good morning Kamal!!!! You can clearly see the locality of the project in Google map as they have clearly marked, so it is easy to see the exact location before applying. The project is located in a very very remote area and it will take many many years for the area to develop. if you have already allotted the plot, you can withdraw at early stages. They will deduct 30% while refunding.
And if any applicants withdraw at this stage, he/she will get the money paid after 30% deduction. However, it is to be seen whether anyone has got his money back or not. This project is for those who can wait for a long time. Even the resale value appreciation rate of the property is very low.
The only thing which i heard from the buyers that they have deposited 20% amount 2 yrs back and were told agreement will done after 45 days which didn't come till date. It directly indicates that developers don't have all the legal paper fro the entire piece of land. And i am sure that whenever they are able to get all the papers, they will must call all the flat buyers for that piece of land and got the agreement done. But only thing that frustrate me a lot is the lies that they kept on telling us.
