Yes, they are offering Rs.150/sq-ft. as a discount. In plan-1, land cost will be @ Rs.1200/sq-ft. but on booking, you have to pay Rs.400/sq-ft. within 45 days Rs.800/sq-ft. from date of booking. Construction cost, @Rs.1800/sq-ft. and car parking charges will be Rs.2 lakh.
In payment plan-2:- Total land cost will be @ Rs.1350/sq-ft. but you have to pay Rs.450/q-ft. at the time of booking and Rs.450/sq-ft. within 45 days from date of booking. Construction cost @Rs.1800/sq-ft.
Hi, I have read a lot's of negative reviews about L-Zone, Dwarka, Delhi. What is your opinion on it? Did you check the land records before posting it here? L zone is stuck! With the list of 20 cities now getting priority, NDMC zone will be the first to develop. It will be at least 5 yrs before we can see anything moving with L- zone. For those who have invested, The God help them.
