Sikka Karnam Greens offers 2BHK from 840-1150 sq-ft. and its price will be Rs.4700/sq-ft. A 2BHK will cost you Rs.39.48L to 54.05L onward. Still few flats are available from builder as well as in re-sale option.

Sikka Group has updated about Sikka Karnam Greens on its site. As per the developer project possession date will be July-2016 but i don't think they will delivered till this year end.
