There is nothing good about SIKKA. The property "seems" chaper" but then they have so many hidden costs and their trump card unjustified interest that makes the property the most expensive in the end. third class construction material, Not proper approvals from the govt. Very congested flats. unjustified interest rates, continuous torture for the investor through various hidden charges, Illiterate and rude staff.

Hi Srikanth, well i don't think that the builder has a very good reputation.. i have heard of only one earlier project and well not much is being said about the quality there also.. however there are many who have booked in this project and the construction is also ongoing..
@srikanth, I think that the Bank of Maharashtra, HDFC as well as LIC housing finance has approved for the home loans in this project..you can be assured a bit by the fact that banks have approved as usually they do a thorough check of papers before approving..
Hello Mr Singh.. last i checked the price was RS 4900 per sq ft and resale units were available at Rs 4100 per sq ft.. the location is good on the expressway and the possession will take another say 2 years..around end of 2015..
The SIkka Kaamna and Karnam both have been blacklisted by the Noida Authorities for non payment of dues and have asked the banks to stop funding the project till the time the dues are cleared. Chances are you wouldnt get a loan on this project now. Besides the poor construction quality and hidden charges, that gives another good reason to stay away from SIKKA. Well you still have a choice, I invested and am already repending but just trying to help others.
