Realtech Basanta is a Rajarhat-Newtown Municipal approved project and almost all the leading banks and financial institutions such as Axis, HDFC, Indiabulls, Bajaj Finserv, Citi Bank, Tata Capital, PNB etc have approved this project.
It is expected that the date of possession will be December'2019.

Rajarhat is a rapidly developing suburb in Kolkata. All the daily basic necessities are within 1 km radius. It is the new IT and residential hub of the Kolkata City. Owing to the close proximity to the city of Kolkata, many IT majors and Real Estate developers are developing their offices and projects in Rajarhat. It offers easy connectivity to all adjoining areas that is added by frequent govt. and private buses, taxis and autos. The proposed metro rail project shall also help in enhancing the transport system once it is functional. The Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose International Airport is just a 4 km drive from here and approximately 12 km from North-East of Kolkata. There are nos of malls, 5-star hotels and multi cuisine restaurants located here.

Realtech Basanta by Realtech Nirman Pvt Ltd, located at Rajarhat, Kolkata is offering 1, 2 and 3BHK residential apartments. Sizes of the flats are available in 409 sq-ft. in 1BHK, from 620-657 sq-ft. in 2BHK and 877-914 sq-ft. in 3BHK. It's current asking rate will be Rs.3103/sq-ft. A 1BHK flat cost will be Rs.12.69L, for 2BHK, it will be Rs.19.23L- 20.38L and for 3BHK, it will be Rs.27.21L - 28.36L.
