Hi, I am planning to buy a under constructed property from a builder, what all documents and charges should I consider?
Q: What all legal documents should I seek from him apart from Link Document and EC. How much is the Registration, Stamp Duty, Service Charge & VAT will be applicable if the property cost is around 50 Lakh?
