Hi Subodh, Are you planning to buy flat in Omkar Puram, Panvel, Navi Mumbai? What is you budget and bhk configuration? You can verify all project related approvals from CIDCO or Navi Mumbai Municiapl Corporation.
As far as builder reputation is concerned, Omkar builders and developers is a reputed builder. I am living in an apartment in Mumbai and the building was made by Omkar Developer and the material used to make the building is so good quality that it need a heavy drill to make hole in it. And good quality sliding windows, main door and even the electrical connection were fixed and installed. Overall, i am very much satisfy with building construction quality.
Hello Subodh, Omkar Puram is a completed project before RERA arrival. This project was completed in March 2015 while RERA was came into force by May 2017. So, it does not need and RERA approval.
