Thank you Nagesh for answering on my behalf.
Vaibhav, there are some 30 families currently staying in the Tower we have the flat in. I am not 100% sure about the latest project status but I was there in August 2017 and work on going on in the club house and landscaping work was on. As far as I am aware, the basic amenities are in the place for someone to move in.

Hello Vaibhav,
A 2bhk flat from 735 - 1047 sq.ft will cost you Rs.59 lacs to Rs.87.15 lacs onward at the rate of Rs.8025 per sqft. They are giving possession of few phase and the latest phase possession will be on June 2018.

As far as project approval is concerned, BBMP, BDA, BESCOM, BWSSB and BMRDA approved project and banks such as Corporation Bank, BOB, HDFC, Axis etc have approved this project for the home loan.
