What is the current status of the project? Is the project Vastu Complaint and what is the current rate going on?

The expected possession is by December 2017 and the price of apartments here starts from Rs 46.7 lakhs on wards. Yes the project is Vastu Complaint.

Divyasree is offering ample number of amenities and its a mini city concept. besides, Project is also located in much better location and adjacent to offices which are in Divyasree Techo Park. It is just 2.8 kms from ITPL. I feel the price is okay and you can expect good appreciation.

Whitefield is a well developed locality with good features and infrastructures. Whitefield also gained importance due to the proximity of Hoskote which is an upcoming industrial and automobile hub. It is located at 7-10 kms from Whitefield.

I heard that there is some 3 days offer is going on only for the Booking Amount cheque to be issued for your unique prospect. The offer is for only first 50 bookings.

For example: If the price of a 2 bhk is Rs 41.90 lakhs in that they are giving 2 lakhs off and you booking amount would be only Rs 4 lakhs.

The offer is valid till 26th January 2014

The development plan (also called the masterplan) is approved by BDA and the building plans have been approved by BBMP. SBI and all other banks have approved the project. You can avail 80 percent of the total value, but the exact amount will depend upon factors like income, age, profession, etc.
