Yes, Saibya Structures Pvt. Ltd. are new to Bangalore. So it is not possible to ascertain their track record. Both their projects SAIBYA SENARY and SAIBYA STERLING are their first ventures and delayed by more than a year. They have a fantastic website but so far as purchasers are concerned that is not enough. There are several negative comments about the builder and its both project. So, buyers should do all their due diligence before booking their homes in it. Thanks
@Prag, Their performance should be quite good. But in comparison to other reputed builder, i think they have done their part of the promise. A and last but not the least they should be able to provide Occupancy Certificates on completion (OC). OCs are not provided by a good majority of 2nd tier and lower tier builders which results in incomplete ownership.
