Provident team is the most unprofessional people i met in my entire life and i am requesting everyone who is looking out here for a review to not book or try to have any conversation with these people since they will make you understand to pay a very less amount telling you its a budget home but ultimately you will be ended up paying hefty amount which will be more than your salary. My concerned is that i have booked a flat almost 1.5 years back and now when they got to know that loan is approved they have given a demand generation of 20 lacs since they got to know the loan is approved so they wants to get half of the project value whereas i have been to the construction site where there is 0 construction still the excavation work is going on. I am totally unsatisfied and request you not to take any flat from these people. anybody wants to take feedback on the flat can call me on 8939648836.
True We have booked B4-4A-807 at provident park square and Tour dad had cardiac attack and we had difficult situation they are bunch of lairs. Until we pay the booking amount and sign on agreement they treat us very nicely. Due to any reason if you want to cancel the booking your money is locked. They don't return. Beware before you pay the booking amount. Seems like possession date is also changed to 2022 . Due to the work from home facility , we are shifting to other city so we want to cancel the flat. But they are not giving the money back. If anyone got the money back please help us. They are pathetic people. We should understand the covid situation and accept their delay in possession date but seems like they can't understand our situation. It is absolutely worth the investment. Provident Park Square has excellent connectivity to Delhi Public School, KSIT Engineering College, Malls, eateries and hospitals, JP Nagar, BTM layout localities and easy commute to Electronic city via NICE ring road.

Purvankara Park Square Sales team is extremely Unprofessional people to Work with. My Family member has booked a 3BHK Flat and there is a discrepancy in the price from what the Purvankara Sales Executive quoted during the time of booking and there is a different price break when we got the Agreement papers from the Purvankara Office Ulsoor Road. The Exec at Ulsoor road office is asking to get it resolved with the Sales exec and the Sales Executive is not answering the calls. My and family have made atleast 100 calls. The Exec promises to call back or Meet to discuss the paperwork and he never gets back. We still not have signed the agreement and this is the state of affairs of Purvankara builders, I am just imagining what would be the response if there is any issues post we have committed to the property. I do not want to quote names here. The Flat number that we have booked is B5-5B-1003 at Purvankara Park Square, Kanakapura Road. I request the Management to immediately lookinto this.
Same here. Even after multiple followups we do not get answer.
What ever they promised as offer during booking is not delivered. Every team have their own answer for it.
I am tried all possible ways of communication no use of it. Not sure complaining here will yield any result, but i am posting it here with the height of frustration i am going through every day.
After discussing with multiple people, Seems like management team aware of this and they are fine with this approach.
I had placed an EOI for 1 lakh ruppes at Provident Park Square(pre launch.). Now it has been my daily routine to call them in the morning and evening. Usually with no reply from their so called face of Purvankara for me. I had refrained from writing anything on this for a long time. But now I feel cheated as I dont know when will i get my 1 lakh back. As per my experience they are a group of thugs. You will be trapped into it with sweet words and later would regret.
I had a similar experience, but I got my money back in the end. I paid Rs. 1L as EOI in May 2021. We did not like the flat they offered to us -- it was too small. (All of this happened over Zoom, by the way.) Afterwards, the contact persons stopped taking my calls. I called their CRM number, and the executive took down my complaint fully, but could offer me no resolution date. Finally in October I visited their office in Ulsoor. Renuka Dasappa, who is their CRM head, was the person I met. I showed what proof I had -- WhatsApp messages in which the sales person clearly says, "You will get 1L cheque from company". A month later, I got my money back.
My advice is: whatever you pay, make sure it is documented. Demand a receipt. Demand an email saying in writing, "Rs 1L has been received by us. If you back out later, you will be refunded the full amount."
The salespersons may not be out to commit fraud. It's a big company. Things get lost. Ms. Dasappa was helpful to me.
Provident Group is a prominent Builder in Bangalore and this time has come up with a new project Provident Park Square. I had booked a flat in Provident Park Square.Wanted to cancel this booking.Since last 1 month I had been chasing you people over phone as well as email for refund of INR 1 lac that I paid, however all in vain !! I was told several times that refund would be made the very next day, just in case the expression of interest is withdrawn from the Provident Park Square project. They are big fraud.

Same here.my son gave a cheque but he cancelled the booking almost immediately as we realised that the usable area of a 900 sqft flat is only 600sqft(45 lacks).These people are not responding to phone calls or mails.we are stuck and don't know what to do.should we take a legal path..Pls if someone could help us.people pls beware . Don't fall pray to these people.
