Provident Park Square by Provident Housing Limited is a BBMP and BDA approved project. Banks such as HDFC Housing Fin, SBI Home Loan, LIC HFL, Axis Bank, PNB Housing Finance etc are funding this project.

As far as KARERA Approval is concerned, its RERA Registration number is PRM-KA-RERA-1251-310-PR-180217-002476.

As per builder, its possession date will be October 2021.
