Q: I am planning to buy a home (new independent Builder Floor) in Sushant Lok 1 (Block C). I would like to know if this locality is good and what are the things I should be aware of before putting in my money. Also, I was confused between this, and a smaller CGHS society flat in Sector 56 (about 15 years old property). Considering all factors such as ease / quality of living, safety, amenities, resale value in future, and the fact that the builder floor is about 10 lakhs cheaper, which one do you suggest?
Latest Answer: It depends on your prefer area and locality requirement. But I want change your mind buy apartment in other places, then I think Dwarka Expressway is a better option for it. It is posh area and its connectivity very well from Delhi NCR and Gungaon city. So if you are planing to change to buy in Dwarka Expressway, then you can contact at Sobha City contracted for ready to move or Under Construction projects in Gurgaon.

Q: Hi,

I am looking for a 2BHK apartment for rent in Gurgaon with a maximum budget of 28k-30k including maintenance. Preferences include residents primarily from corporates, good society benefits (common gatherings, well-maintained parks, active community etc.) and decent sized flats. Do apartments in Sushant Lok I (Block A/B) fit this? I have heard areas like Regency Park in Block C are also good.

Any insights or suggestions will be very helpful.
