Q:I had posted sometime back on the Alliance Orchid springs fraud that is underway. Firstly the land is under dispute and has not been resolved yet. Builder has collected almost 90% of the value from the customers and the project is still somewhere near the starting stages. Progress of work has been pathetic. Hefty penalties (12% interest) are being levied on even minor defaults by customers.I am again placing this as a warning to all prospective customers.
