The possession was suppose to be given on December 2012 as per agreement, but recently I heard it has been postponed to June 2012. Due to this recent VAT our flat cost gets increased by Rs.700 per sq ft. If we were living in the bought flat, pain would have been less but that's not the case. Also the biggest problem in India is everybody is good in talking but nobody takes initiative to get relief from this regular pain, by bringing every one at floor and taking action against builder.

The builder himself sells the flat to more than one buyers and there are gangs of gundas who comes and tortures you. The area is very bad. Even the investors who have flats in their names sell it to more than one buyers. There are multiple registration for one single flat in most of the flats in Gaurav Excellency.
