Q:Hi, it has been so many years and no sign of possession from BPTP. I bought a flat in BPTP PArk Elite Premium and still awaiting. Today I received an email asking for VAT amount to be paid else there will be interest charged. Not sure what is the buyer have done wrong to invest in such property which is waiting in eternity..

Had a joint complaint been filed already? I am the same boat and awaiting possession of the apartment allotted in Park Elite Premium. Now they say, the it will be ready in Oct 2017.
