Q:I am one of the flat owners in this building. The property is under construction since 2006 and it is still unfinished. This is an SRA project. In the past 6 years the builder has not even managed to clear off the slum dwellers from the site and erect a boundary wall. He has built 10 off the proposed 22 floors in the past 6 years. I booked a 3BHK 5 years back and am still awaiting the builder to grant me possession. If anyone wants my flat at a 5% discount to the rate quoted in the advertisement above, Full cheque payment.
